Good afternoon all,

The sun is shining and it's been a wonderful day! And week!

Your children are fabulous and they continue to wow us each and every week.

Today, we've been to Mission Impossible and the children loved learning about the Easter story in an interactive and engaging way. Their behaviour and attitude was also exemplary. We've attached some lovely photos for you to see.

Yesterday, a team of our Y6 children also represented the school at a tag rugby tournament in Hillside. There were two leagues (A and B) with six teams in each league. In our league, league B, they were undefeated. In the final, against the winners of league A, they dominated possession and scored one excellent try, but unfortunately, lost in extra time with a final scored of 2:1. They played like lions and we're extremely proud of the young pride that showed courage, strength and heart!

Take care and have a lovely weekend!

to learn, to succeed, to value one another

Our vision and values are at the core of everything we do. A value is a belief or principle that guides our thinking and behaviour. Our values underpin our teaching and learning, and provide an environment which prepares our pupils to be happy and confident and to to take an active role in their community and the wider world.

Each year group has adopted one of our Christian values: Kindness, Forgiveness, Courage, Thankfulness, Hope, Faithfulness and Respect. Our over-arching Christian Value is Love. Throughout the year children are helped to explore, have opportunities to practise and then given time to reflect on what each of our Christian values means to them.
