We have definitely got into the swing of the Summer term in Year 4.
In History, the children had a great start to their Ancient Egyptian topic with a visit from Mr Egypt. He brought the whole period in history to life for the children and certainly gained their interest!
In Maths, the children have been working with decimals, writing tenths, hundredths and dividing by 10 and 100.
In PSHE the children have been discussing different types of jobs, and why they are important.
On Wednesday, the children were very excited to take part in a mile run with their buddies, to raise awareness of knife crime. They cheered on the Woodland’s runners as they handed over the bleed kit baton. Then cheered off our runners as they headed to Range High.
In PE, the children have been practicing their sprinting techniques and in dance, moving as Egyptian slaves, building a pyramid.
