Year 4 Blog 9.12.22

In the lead up to Christmas, what a great week the children have had! They were lucky to watch the amazing Year 2 Nativity performance earlier in the week, and at the end of the week they excitedly helped make 120 Christingle’s, ready for the service on Sunday.

In Maths the children have been using their dividing skills to work on word problems.

In History, the children enjoyed looking at how Saxon daily life compared to that of Roman Britain.

During RE, the children discussed and chose light giving objects. They then created a metaphor to describe the qualities of Jesus’ light.

 In Latin, the children used the vocabulary they have been learning, to complete a comic strip based on the myth of Achilles.
