Year 4 weekly blog 16.9.22

The children have well and truly settled into their new year group and are working their socks off!
In maths this week, the children have been looking at place value and identifying the value of each digit in 4-digit numbers.
The children have been continued looking at states of matter in science and have been looking at the properties of solids and liquids.
In English, they have continued to look at the story Fox and have now met all of the characters. They have also predicted what they think will happen as the story continues.
On Thursday, the children excitedly took part in a variety of activities during our ‘Christian values day’. They were delighted get some time to meet up with their new buddies and share stories with them.
