Year 4 Weekly Blog (18. 12. 20)
Date: 16th Dec 2020 @ 12:49pm
So, we have finally made it to the end of term! Thank you to all our wonderful children and families who have helped to ensure that we have had a successful and safe Autumn term. It wasn't how we envisaged it 9 months ago but everyone has worked really hard to make the best of it.
The children have had a relaxing wind down to the term. We began with breakfast with Santa on Monday morning, which was followed by the Year 4 party afternoon. On Wednesday, our delighful Year 2's entertained us with their Nativity film, which was filmed brilliantly by the fabulous Mr Edger. We also had a reading from Santa on Thursday morning and you may have seen the children calling for him on Twitter! On Friday, which is tomorrow as this is being typed up on Thursday evening, we watched the Y6 lead the Christmas service, which included all of the children in Yr4 singing Christmas Calypso.
We hope you all have a happy and restful Christmas break and look forward to seeing you all in 2021.
Merry Christmas,
From all of us in the Year 4 Team.
