In guided reading, we have being reading texts and getting asked questions based of that text. Right now we are reading the forgotten world and in the forgotten world there were machines attacking  the world. In P.E, we have be doing basketball and fitness activities. In basketball we have been learning on how to shoot and in fitness we have been trying to get fitter getting fitter. In DT, we have been designing food recipes ready to make it with an adult soon. Our groups are making a three course meal. Starters have to include pepper, mains  need to use salmon and dessert will include pineapple. On Monday, we walked to church to watch the Year 3 harvest show. In art, we have being designing our own ceral box artwork.

This week's blog was written by Josh W and Zach in 6H

to learn, to succeed, to value one another

Our vision and values are at the core of everything we do. A value is a belief or principle that guides our thinking and behaviour. Our values underpin our teaching and learning, and provide an environment which prepares our pupils to be happy and confident and to to take an active role in their community and the wider world.

Each year group has adopted one of our Christian values: Kindness, Forgiveness, Courage, Thankfulness, Hope, Faithfulness and Respect. Our over-arching Christian Value is Love. Throughout the year children are helped to explore, have opportunities to practise and then given time to reflect on what each of our Christian values means to them.
